Meet the Roomies

I was pretty worried about finding a place to stay when I was preparing to move to L.A.
I didn't really want to live with total strangers and I didn't want to drive around to look for places all by my lonesome from some entity on Craig's List claiming to be renting out their pool house for dirt cheap if you are a tidy person. The subtext always being semi molestee.

So I prayed and I tried not to worry because I knew God would take care of everything. I really do not enjoy that part of myself that says "Will he though?" No matter how much you KNOW God is good and that he will take care of you, you will hear that nagging voice telling you that a little panic is healthy.

But it's not.

My prayers were answered in the form of a wonderful house occupied by three wonderful guys.
I know you are all shocked. 'Erin is such a girly girl!' Is what you are all thinking.

This is Matt. He is an actor through and through. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him that first week. When I got my second car and the battery died he called the rental place 5 times the next day to make sure I got a new one. Just to give you an idea of what kind of guy he is.

Jack. What a creep.

And onto Ryan...

Just kidding! Yes he does like to wear this just to freak me out... and because I think he likes the look. BUT he is really great. He plays guitar and writes a bunch of his own songs. If you're looking to get cheered up tell Jack to go get his guitar. And if you want to stop a conversation with Jack you just walk away because otherwise it will not end. 

                                     

  

He is also a giant nerd. Then again they all are. 

And Ryan.

Everyone votes him the best roommate. Not sure why. He's pretty lame. Except for that time he let me take his car to set because my rental was broken down. This was AFTER the accident. So he knew I   had just been in a car accident on the 405 and his first response was to volunteer the use of his. 

Yea. Super lame.

If I can ever get it set the way I want it I will post pictures of my room next. Had some really great stuff sent to me and I want to show it off.
